<p>Any of these foods are high in fiber but low in lactose. Suppose you eat the 420 line each meal. You would get 420 calories with three grams of fat, 45 grams of protein and 54 grams of carbohydrates. You still get the diversity of vitamins and minerals. It’s also not known if foods of the same product line have the same number of nutrients or if they have differing amounts. The website isn’t quite clear about this significant matter.</p>
