When you are “full”, cravings that you feel in between meals don’t occur, which keeps you from overeating or eating foods that are not in the low GI diet plan.</p>
<p>Should you always stick to foods that are on the low GI foods diet plan without taking in other foods? Keep in mind that not all diet plans, by themselves, are healthy. The low GI diet plan will need some adjustments added to it because some of the foods on this plan are not all that healthy for people. When you decide on foods to purchase and eat, look at the nutritional values. Does it look healthy?</p>
<p>There are a number of factors that affect the glycemic index. They include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Foods’ nutrient content</li>
<li>How foods are processed</li>
<li>How they are cooked</li>
<li>How foods are combined</li>
<li>How ripe vegetables and fruits are</li>
</ul>
<p>For instance, some high in fat products will fit in a low GI diet plan because the foods won’t break down near as easy as foods that are high in carbohydrates. However, it’s not healthy to eat foods high in fat all the time. Keep in mind that skim/low-fat/fat-free milk rank higher than whole milk on the glycemic index.</p>
<p>Looking at the glycemic index, you’ll notice that foods without any carbohydrates are not listed/ranked. These include: cheese, chicken, eggs, fish and fresh meat. Yet, any foods that are processed are included.</p>
<p>Want to go with a low GI diet that’s healthy? Then consider meats that are low fat or lean (with no visible fat), fish, low-fat dairy foods and poultry with no skin on them.</p>
<p>Always be aware of the nutrient content in foods too. For example, you have a watermelon, dates and a bag of chips. What would you go for based on nutrient content? You’d go with the fruit because you get more nutrients out of it.  However, if you based it on the index, the watermelon is high GI content due to the sugar it contains and the chips would be considered low GI due to their fat content and slow absorption process.</p>
<p>When you look at the glycemic index, you’ll notice that there are no whole meal foods ranked, only individual foods are ranked. This means that combination of foods when they are being cooked will change the GI value, meaning there is no accurate assessment. However, the basic premise is to include foods in meals that are already low in GI value.</p>

When you switch milk content, you can keep off about five pounds annually. Now go through the other foods in your home. What else can you switch from high fat content to low fat to no fat content.  Here are some foods most often found in cabinets and refrigerators.</p>

<li>Chips</li>

<p>It’s usually best to eat six small meals a day but sometimes life just doesn’t let you do that. This is when you need to find a healthy snack to “snack” on. After all, the lighting can play tricks on your mind. You choose to ask a friend for guidance. What do they think about the outfit?</p>
<p>You already know the answer but you ask your friend the question anyway, “how does it look?”</p>
<p>When you have a body, not that of a super thin model, it can be bothersome finding clothes just perfect for you. You might look for clothes that hide your curves rather than enhance them and your personality. When you are overweight, either by a little or a lot, the only way to combat your size and shape is to exercise and eat healthy.</p>
<p>However, it doesn’t matter what your age is, what height you are and what weight, you can do several nifty tricks to accentuate your features with your clothing.</p>
<p>What shape or mold does your body fit into? Do you look like an apple, pear or do you have big thighs? Here are the some ways you can enhance your features based on how your body is shaped.</p>
<h2>Apple Shaped Body</h2>
<p>When your body is shaped like an apple, you can dress in short skirts and sleeveless shirts in order to bring attention to your limbs. You don’t want these outfits to cling to your stomach area so be aware of tight fitting clothes. Don’t tuck in your shirts either.</p>
<p>Keep away from outfits that are high in the waists. Skirts that are below your waist will not draw attention to your midsection. If you want to wear a dress, then wear something that’s free flowing and not body fitting. However, if you want to wear clothing that’s fit for your body, you should wear control top tights.</p>
<h2>Pear Shaped Body</h2>
<p>Do you hate messing with straight skirts? If so, you can go with the A-line skirts. If you want to wear trousers, avoid ones that have pleats. Choose a dress that is designed to make you look small on top. For instance, an outfit with thin straps or low neckline that will narrow out over your hips.</p>
<p>Try going for solid colored dresses. When you are shaped like a pear, stripes and patterns don’t do you any justice. If you have blue eyes, find a color that highlights that feature. If you have green eyes, choose a green colored outfit and so on.</p>

<p>When you have big thighs, go for a skirt that flows freely or the A-line skirt. Don’t choose a tight fit dress. Make sure you choose a skirt that will divert the attention from your thighs. One way you can do this is to purchase a knee length dress. Longer jackets worn over a skirt can also help you with this problem. A long jacket will accentuate the your body’s lines and give the impression that you are skinnier than you are.</p>
<p>It may be nice to wear short skirts but if you have big thighs, these are not the outfits for you. Stay with long skirts or skirts that are just above your knee. However, you don’t want ones too short and you don’t want ones too long. Keep in mind that a skirt that’s two inches above the knee works best for most women.</p>
<h2>Six Little Known Dress Tips To Keep In Mind</h2>
<ol>
<li>First, your shoes and tights should match. When you do this, your legs will look longer and thinner. If your skirt or dress is print designed, pick a color for your tights and shoes.</li>
<li>Second, go with just one color. When you wear only one color, top to bottom, it streamlines your body. You don’t have to dress in solid colors all the time but always choose colors that closely resemble each other. Another helpful hint about colors: dark colors always make people look thinner.</li>
<li>Stay away from horizontal strips. It’s best to stay with vertical strips so that they make you look skinnier and taller. Diagonal strips will take away focus on your problem areas.</li>
<li>You can wear a jacket to make you look slimmer. It also helps to highlight outfits while it hides your flaws.</li>
<li>Are you afflicted with a chubby neck? Pick out dresses or shirts that are V-necks or have scoop necklines. These outfits can trick the mind to believe the face and neck are longer and leaner.</li>
<li>If you want to attract attention to your face and away from the rest of you, wear matching earrings and a necklace.</li>

<p>There are other reasons weight loss can be so difficult. For instance, you start a diet and have all your information on hand. You do everything you can to lose the weight and then suddenly you stop. You forget to bring your healthy snacks to work or someone brings something sweet to work. A birthday arises and you eat a piece of cake&#8230;. all with the intention that you’ll start dieting again the very next day.</p>
<p>I will hope that the Part 2 of this guide will help you stay in focus and avoid any other unnecessary setbacks.</p>
<p>The Part 2 of the 40 common dieting blunders people tend to do despite good intentions are as follows:</p>
<p>Blunder No.21 – Not living life, as you should because you believe life is better when you are skinnier.</p>

<p>Blunder No.2 &#8211; Constantly counting calories.</p>
<p>Blunder No.3 – Checking your weight once a day instead of once a week.</p>
<p>Blunder No.4 – Not consuming the recommended or more amount of water.</p>
<p>Blunder No.5 – Drinking caffeine or sugars drinks on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Blunder No.6 – Eating foods processed instead of fresh.</p>
<p>Blunder No.7 – Overcooking vegetables that take away the vitamins that benefit your body.</p>
<p>Blunder No.8 – Attitude about the diet is negative.</p>
<p>Blunder No.9 – Starting a diet with no plan.</p>
<p>Blunder No.10 – Starting a diet that has meals you don’t want to eat to maintain your health as you get older.</p>
<p>Blunder No.11 – Being unaware about the good and bad nutritional values of foods you eat.</p>
<p>Blunder No.12 – Eating even when you’re full.</p>
<p>Blunder No.13 – Eating as much as you can at buffets just because you can.</p>
<p>Blunder No.14 – Not eating the most important meal of the day… breakfast.</p>
