Blunder No.2 – Constantly counting calories.

Blunder No.3 – Checking your weight once a day instead of once a week.

Blunder No.4 – Not consuming the recommended or more amount of water.

Blunder No.5 – Drinking caffeine or sugars drinks on a daily basis.

Blunder No.6 – Eating foods processed instead of fresh.

Blunder No.7 – Overcooking vegetables that take away the vitamins that benefit your body.

Blunder No.8 – Attitude about the diet is negative.

Blunder No.9 – Starting a diet with no plan.

Blunder No.10 – Starting a diet that has meals you don’t want to eat to maintain your health as you get older.

Blunder No.11 – Being unaware about the good and bad nutritional values of foods you eat.

Blunder No.12 – Eating even when you’re full.

Blunder No.13 – Eating as much as you can at buffets just because you can.

Blunder No.14 – Not eating the most important meal of the day… breakfast.

Blunder No.15 – Starving yourself and only eating once a day.

Blunder No.16 – Stopping your diet, promising yourself you’ll start again the very next day.

Blunder No.17 – Assuming that you are destined to be fat.

Blunder No.18 – No faith in that you can change your habits.

Blunder No.19 – Believing that being fat is a personality trait.

Blunder No.20 – Assuming you are ugly.
